8:00-8:45 Girls Soccer 8:45-9:30 Boys Soccer 9:30-10:45 Football Please have the athletes come at the start time of their group. Concussion testing is mandatory for 9-12 and optional for 7-8 but strongly recommended. Cost is $15 for all JH Athletes if they choose to get tested. Athletes must complete the redcap survey prior to testing date: https://redcap2.mayo.edu/redcap/surveys/?s=PD8RLXRRAX7DXWFN Athletes can complete the SWAY testing portion on their own before concussion testing. If they don't do it before the testing date, they can complete it at testing. I have attached info for the athletes to look at before completing the SWAY portion.
